The application event log (rather than the system event log) should contain
details of the error. It is most likely the change regarding the
notification element.
It has changed from:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
to:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
