Looks like we're back.
FTR, the cause was an issue with our hosting provider, more here:

I'm going to look into adding a bit more redundancy so that we're more
resilient against a
FYI - djangoproject.com is currently down, I'm investigating and I'll
try to have it back up ASAP.
