I knew about the pony.
My point is that a strong and recognizable visual element like that one, will
help give the site some character. People might say: "just search for python
web framework, it's the site with the flying pony". After some time everything
related to django will include the pon
"No ponies" was one of the guidelines in the previous thread.
Also, I miss the official typography.
