Don't know how to fix yet, but I think it came in with the localemory
cache backend, at least at that time. The backend stuff uses some code
from threading to build locks for sensitive structures and somehow
there is a bad atexit handler installed that barfs ab
Within the past couple of weeks, the "django-admin.py runserver" has
started spewing some scary exceptions. Here's the Trac ticket:
