I wanted to let everyone know about #django-dev on freenode. It was an
idea that I threw out on TWiD and a few people said it would be a good
idea. #django now gets intermixed with usage and development questions
and I felt it would be good to split them out to avoid the cross noise.

Django now uses two stage template loading process:
1. First find_template_source() which uses settings.TEMPLATE_LOADERS
to actually load template
2. get_template_from_string() which is essentially a factory function
for Template objects
