Now that boulder-oracle-sprint has been merged into trunk, I'd like to
ask the Oracle backend developers to take a look at Ticket #1465,
implementing regular expression field lookups (i.e.,
"somefield__regex=foo" or "somefield__iregex=foo"); the patch there
currently lacks support for Oracle.

This is the fourth weekly status update for my Summer of Code project,
a generic REST interface for Django [1]. Issues I worked on this week:

class, an implementation of HTTP Basic and Digest authentication

newforms-admin. Since I had to make some changes to the original
edit_inline code, I would like some feedback from the devs.
The ticket is http://code.djangoproject.com/ticket/4667

empty_strings_allowed = False. This will allow Oracle to correctly
handle null values for the field. I will create a ticket for this

tested all five previously supported backends, plus the new Oracle code
and all the tests pass for all of them (except for the expected MySQL
backend failures when not using InnoDB).
So, congratulations to the Boulder Sprinters
