I overclocked my ram one month ago.
it made the above error.
I resolved the error by tune off overclocking.

- USE_CUDA ON
# My environments
- Ubuntu 20.04
- GCC9.3(I also met the same error when using the GCC 7.5)
- Ubuntu 20.04
- CUDA 10.2
- LLVM 12
