Q1. Can I divided TVM stack into 3 phrases. ( frontend, middle, backend?)
Q2. If so, which components(relay , topi, tvm, vta...) correspond to these

I have another problem:
The graph annotation has been defined (by adding my own version at
python/tvm/relay/op/contrib/test_dla.py)
But it seems like that is not enough to get the annotation going, as
`mod_t = transform.AnnotateTarget("test_dla")(mod)`
followed by
`mod_t = transform.Parti
Can I add a new framwork -- kaldi??? Anybody using it ??
