I was pointed out that the invariant sections are opt-in, so clearly
the doc has no invariant sections. This should solve the issue.

them for Debian I've noticed that documentation is under the GNU Free
Documentation License, but nowhere in the files nor in the tarballs
says it has no invariant sections.
I would like to know if this is because:
1) It does not
