Gerrit is back online,
Main changes to the functionality are:
* Confirmation dialog for Stage button has been removed.
* Each staging attempt doesn't not generate new patch set for the change.
New patch set is added only after successful integration.

Quick update...
... after some contemplation and being made aware that the subject becomes
rather long, we removed the [Gerrit] from the subject again. Filtering on the
sender is easy enough.
If someone has other ideas, we can discuss them!
