Please just file a bug-report on bugreports.qt-project.org.
Make sure to select the correct component.
There is currently the components “WebKit” for QtWebKit / QtWebKit2 and there
is a separate component “WebEngine” for QtWebEngine related issues.

I don't think this is an option for QtWebEngine. We are not really an addon
now, and we are not planning to become an addon either.
