I'd like to nominate Wladimir Leuschner for approver status for the Qt
project.
Wladimir created the (widget based) Windows 11 style and has been
driving the "fix frameless windows on Windows" effort. He also worked on
"custom title bars for Qt windows" together with Tor Arne recently.
