Could someone help review this patch in Gerrit. I think it only needs
another +1

Would be great to get that into Qt 5.3.2 which is due in about 6 days...
Thanks!

Hi,
AFAIK QtMultimedia on Linux uses Gstreamer for video and audio playback,
so installing the right Gstreamer plugins should (hopefully) fix this
issue.
Maybe this will help:

Hi,
probably no blockers, but as Qt 5.3 is all about stability I'd like to

At least if it affects other Platforms as well. Currently only tested on

Hi,
I've just noticed that there are no MSVC2010 ANGEL builds of Qt 5.3 in
current snapshots. Is this because of some technical issues or will the
support for this platform be dropped in 5.3?
Thanks!

Hi,
today I've build the stable tree from git and tested my app with it. It
starts up but after clicking a button I get a crash (SEGV) that did not
happen on Qt 5.2.1. Normally I would report that as bug, but currently I
cannot get enough useful information out of it, so I'm asking here :)
I've c
Thanks to all who did some work on multimedia bugs yesterday. I've seen
a lot of prioritizing, etc. This is very much appreciated!

Hi,
there are quite many multimedia bugs that are not getting
evaluated/commented on or that had no progress for quite some time. Most
of them regarding audio/video playback and general reliability. I don't
want to complain - I know everyone is really busy. I'm just bringing
them up here hoping th

Hi,
the last Qt version that played videos on my machines was Qt 5.0.1.
Since then I'm only getting errors.
There is already a bug report with many comments and improvements have
been made as well. Unfortunately I still have many machines that won't
play any video. It looks like the common thing

Hi,
is there a ticket to track this issue? I'd like to get an update when
it's fixed :)
Thanks!

Hi,
I guess you mean Oct 17th, not Sep :)
Anyways from initial testing it looks quite nice, personally I'd like to
see some movement on the following bugs, but as they are only P2, I
guess it is wishful thinking...

Sorry to bother again, but what's the plan now regarding QQuick2 WebView
on Android? Is it Webkit? Chromium/Blink? Nothing? Something else? And
when?

Hi,
the FAQ states: "We intend to make QtWebEngine available on all
platforms that the upstream Chromium project supports, with the
exception of Android. This also means iOS won’t be supported."
So what are the plans for Android and iOS? We currently do not have
QtWebkit on those platforms and su
have it as soon as at all possible.

Hi guys,
what is the state of WebView (QQ2) for Android? Is it still planed for
Qt 5.2? Is there a branch to track somewhere? The bug report suggests
that instead of using QtWebKit a wrapper around the Android-WebView is
now planned.
