[Development] HEADS-UP: Branching '5.9.2' from '5.9' started

Hi all, We have finally soft branched '5.9.2' from '5.9'. So please start using '5.9.2' for new changes targeted to Qt 5.9.2 release. Final downmerge from '5.9' to '5.9.2' will happen Monday 25th September so there should be enough time to finalize ongoing changes in '5.9' and start using '5.9.
