need to get final packages ready at the end of this week. And that's why we
need all changes for Qt 5.5.0 final in latest Thu morning. So if you are still
planning to update change files, documentation etc

Yes thats wrong, proved by practice and ms support finally. This arcticle will be changed as MS promised that to us, but until this task bubbles up inside MS can take a while.

That is currently correct. We assume that we have all Qt modules that are
dependencies. That
So this bit in the article is not factual?
"Windows Embedded Compact no longer provides its own tool chain (compiler,
assembler, and make), but instead use the same tools as desktop development."

Don't have the manpower?
Then transfer LTS support over to a group of willing volunteers whose
businesses depend on it and let them handle as a GROUP the maintenance.
Provide a space on the the Qt Web Site for organizing reasons and make
it officially a "community" only supported pile of code.
It seems that nobody took proper notes of the session (oops!) so I'm
sending the notes Gunnar and I wrote up in preparation for the session.
If anyone else has any recollections they'd like to add, please go ahead
and do so :)

As I understand it, that's also the reason that defaulted and deleted functions

Hi,
The Qt WebView module has been a tech preview for 5.4 and is still going to be
a tech preview for 5.5, but
for 5.6 we would like to propose that it gets upgraded to an official Qt
add-on. Making the module an add-on,
and also making it part of the normal release infrastructure, should hopefu
