just installed Qt 5.4 on OSX (with the online installer) noticed that
libqsqlodbc.dylib isn't included in the plugins/sqldrivers folder
anymore (it was there in 5.2 and 5.3).
If this removal is by purpose, for example to fix QTBUG-37835, then I
can fully understand the decision; using ODBC

(qt-opensource-windows-x86-mingw491_opengl-5.4.0.exe)
and I've noticed that the Qt Creator bundled with it was compiled with MSVC
2010 and had its
own version of Qt 5.4 MSVC 2010 DLLs (~100MB)
