[Development] Some Qt4 tutorials not built by default

A user has pointed [0] that some of the examples shipped with Qt4 [1] are not being built by default. Is there an specific issue with this? I don't know if enabling more Qt4 examples right now will serve any purpose, but at least asking will not hurt ;-) [0]
