[Development] CI status as of 31. May 2013 - Staging Disabled

Hi Staging has been disabled for a short while. Some of those 'network problems' could be related to the Jenkins and integrator server running low on memory. We suspect that Jenkins running on Java leaks memory (kind of ironic with Java) or simply just eats up everything it can get. After odd
