I pushed changes to the RKI repo. I can build it with RTEMS 4.12 tools and the
RTEMS Git head now, but I have not tested it. I did not get the link error
below.

of RTEMS, then I verified that I can still build and run the RKI image on the
Raspberry Pi.

This service was marked as deprecated long prior to the 4.11 release
series and is now being removed.
