False alarm. Some ghost in the machine yesterday. Worked fine on the mutex
machine.

I didn't have time to look into this but it looks like something isn't
quite right on building the user docs since the linker set chapter was
added.
Could easily be something I was doing. I am hustling trying to get things
wrapped up before Christmas.
