RISC-V support is still not included in GDB 8.0.1. According to the
Newlib RISC-V maintainer due to a lack of time.

latest Newlib snapshot and GCC 7.2. The GDB is not included. I guess for
this we have to update to GDB 8.0. I didn't test this tool chain.
