If this touches nothing but LEON BSP code and you have tested it, then I am
ok with it assuming it has been adequately tested and doesn't introduce
warnings.
Did you build smp and uniprocessor?
Have you run Chris' BSP tester?

The third set of patches for LEON. In short it contains:
