and Chris has a formatted version in his personal ftp directory:

At this point, we have reviewed the conversions of all of the existing
manuals and Chris is doing final tidy
Thank you for your contribution. The docs/ are undergoing a major
revamp, and the indicated file will no longer be part of the
documentation. Additional typos/fixes are definitely appreciated in
the documentation within RTEMS source code, and when the new docs
repository goes live.
