RTEMS Bootstrap Error

Hi, I am trying to build RTEMS for ARM with the recent toolchain but I have been receiving the below error when I run ./bootstrap. I think there is some error in the bootstrap file. I have tried running the ./bootstrap script located in rtems, instead of using sb-bootstrap but doesn't help. Any i
