Ok, I'm testing this, but I'm having one problem:
When I compile my example for testing the timer, I ran out of ROM memory...
for 42456 bytes
This commit is from the trunk? because the last time we tested in 4.11 it
worked OK, and that seems a lot of space incremented.

At some point the RSB configurations were reworked to depend on
rtems-default.bset. When that was done, the mipstx39 gdb build was dropped.
Anyone got a hint when that happened? I need to add it back or we don't
have a debugger and simulator for jmr3904.
