NSS Xulrunner PKCS11

Hello, I am newbie here. I have extracted the xulrunner, from gecko sdk. It has a nss3.lib. However , after reading some discussion on this forum, nss3 is also available in the nss, nspr sdk. What are the differences between both sdk? Which one should i use? My development objective is to have a
