This bug shows resolved fixed for mozilla 14 but I'm getting the same error
with XULRunner 16.0.2.

that the OOP setting is enabled by default now? I manually added the setting
from the previously mentioned bug just in case and saw no change in behaviour.

I set "ProtectedMode=0" in C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash\mms.cfg and
couldn't see any change in behaviour.

Firefox 15.0.1 works fine. What do I need to do to get Flash to work?
