I'd also like to call attention to one of the fixes.
Previously, linked (depends/blocks/regressions) security bugs would be
visible in the sense that you could tell a security bug was linked to
something but not see the bug.
And in many cases this caused people to avoid linking bugs to avoid

I wanted to call attention to an important change that went out with
today's Bugzilla deployment.
We had been suspending the accounts of people whose bugmail was bouncing,
and they had to contact the Bugzilla Admins to get their account
reactivated.
Now if your bugmail bounces, we'll stop sending
