APZ autoscrolling enabled on Nightly channel

Hi everyone, APZ autoscrolling (bug 1390247) is now enabled by default on the Nightly channel. For those not familiar with autoscrolling, it's a scrolling mechanism activated by middle-clicking the mouse, which causes an "anchor" to appear on the screen, and moving the mouse away from the anchor.

Is there a good way to get a sense of what the higher-impact bugs are that remain for improving Speedometer? Just going through the deps is difficult because it's hard to assess how much of a win some of those are. Are we gated mostly on JS perf at this point? Layout? Something else? :-) Thanks!
