and my IIS 6.0 is running on Windows 2003 Server ( 32 Bit ).

My all build related issues have been resolved. !
the root cause of issue was like,i forgot to install the windows 2003 server
platform sdk,
After installing and configuring the SDK and i compiled the source with
customization every problem got resolved.
