I believe that's right, and we don't need one. In general, all ASF
projects have the same Terms of Use, as governed by our license
There are two Tomcat lists in svn-authorization:
tomcat-pmc
tomcat-watchdog
The "tomcat-pmc" list appears to be the standard list for giving
access to the normal Tomcat SVN development directories, and does not
seem to have anything to do with the Tomcat PMC.
I think all the other lists with -pm

No I do not have duplicates. NetWare loads the second instance by design. This
is how it works with prior mod_jk versions. With version 1.2.27 something
became broken.
