We have now found out about issues that are resolved in jk .30 that look
related, to do with reposting buffers.
We did not disable retries.

Yes, I have not seen another instance after setting this flag on our production

Hi
I think we are facing an issue similiar or same as the described and we have
also mod_jk 1.2.28. However we can not reproduce it in the test env or during
performance test

1.2.21 can exhibit request/response mixing - could be the same issue? One way
this can occur is some event that triggers a bug where the http response from
tomcat ends up buffe

mod_jk? If so, would it apply to all the previous versions of mod_JK?

AS 4.2.x = jbossweb-2.0.x
jbossweb-2.0.x ~ tc-6.0.x
the bug could be in mod_jk as well as in the AJP connector, try mod_proxy_ajp
if it works then it is most probably a mod_jk bugs
