We are using Glassfish V3.1.2.2 in production. We have the same application
running in other datacenters with other Load Balancers, none have exhibited
this behaviour except the one fronted by Mod_JK.

I found a post about this and the guy was nice enough to post a JMeter script
that can reproduce the issue. I have not tested it yet but looks promising.
