I don't mind opening a issue in Bugzilla requesting tomcat respect the value of
the "path" context attribute regardless of where the context is defined (inside
server.xml or in mywebappcontext.xml). I probably wouldn't be able to
contribute a patch to make that happen though as I'm not familiar
"ROOT" context name trick works the same in this new release.
