Hello,
While running two instance of embedded tomcat in our application the CPU
usage gets 100%.
We are using Tomcat 5.0.30 version.
Is there any way to make CPU Usage less while running embedded tomcat

What was the reason behind this change? Is there a security reason or
something else? I would have assumed the default value for copyXML would have
been true and not false to have
