Tomcat 5.5.28 stable.
Apache Tomcat 5.5.28 incorporates numerous security updates and bug fixes.

So the VirtualWebappLoader, can take a regular file path, and should
simply prepend file://, not file: or file:/

I should add, this was observed with a 64-bit Linux server JVM. Sun has
dispatched a bug to investigate whether this is a JVM/JRE problem or not.

support. The generated docs are at the moment not part of svn.
