Ok, thanks to all of you for your answers and tips. I'll stick on Thayerw's solution. That's true that gnome-settings-daemon is the standard answer, when i've begun with debian, gnome was the default gui, with time going, i've tried lighter stuff and purged it. I just didn't expected to see gnome
