Heyho,
I am using the neo2 keyboard layout [0] via "setxkbmap de neo" and
noticed, the Shift+AltGr+ä combo does not work in st.
AltGr+ä produces Insert in neo layout and in urxvt it works as expected
(pasting to the terminal from the selection buffer).
I also tested bash and mksh:
