[dev] [dwm][patch] bstack

hello, Attached you'll find an updated version of the bstack patch that is nmaster aware. there is a bit of duplication between bstack.c and bstackhoriz.c not sure if its really necesary to simplify though. There might be some fuzz with the config.def.h portion of the patch. comments welcome! E
