I disabled it over a week ago, because it was generating so many spurious
failures for us. The fucit page is so much cleaner without all of those
non-reproducible failures.
Feel free to re-enable it, but in my opinion,
Say what was that change about anyway? Was ErrorLogMuter wrong for this
