ECJ's configuration was still hard-coding Java 17 language levels in its
config file, thus preventing us from using Java 21 language features
(albeit not in SolrJ modules). I fixed that in Lucene and cherry-picked
that into Solr [1], so we're unblocked now.

Sorry for not following up in a timely manner; I was on vacation, plus
personal stuff, and now/soon changed jobs. I mostly just want to connect
to improve the SIP then identify next steps. Just DM me to connect at your
