That's a nice start! I'd like to work with you on making the SIP better.
Maybe a 1:1 (others invited too!) video might be most productive. I'd love
to involve AB more here. I think the SIP template that you clearly started
from isn't great; I'm tempted to replace it with a list of considerations
We don't have to commit (guarantee) to anything in future 9.x releases
other than critical fixes. Who knows when we'll not want to pursue another
release. It doesn't have to be know-able in advance.

to Java 21 in 10.x.
