I fixed now ownership issues after syncing trunk manually.
next change i hope it works. i struggle a bit figuring out what is going
on. but this was an warning in the tomcat log.

And use another password now that it's in the open.
If you don't get the activation mail, just tell.

Mechtilde and me have some experiece with the scripts, which should
automate the conversion processes.
We can talk about that topic at FrOSCon.
The problem are IMO - as you wrote - non-compatible versions of the
tools and the OS (and Python).
