Phil,
You might like to put this into JIRA, and reference what you've done for
naming as a basis for anyone implementing it (it would be
ant:multiproject, not multiproject:ant, BTW).
I think this is pretty do-able, and there are some other enhancements
needed there.

the subprojects. Any chance we can get a
multiproject:ant to generate both a top-level and subproject build.xml
files?
