I can fix that later. It appears to be a mismatch between what versions are listed in the POM vs what versions have directories with release notes. Again this is only an issue because we don't have a single input for a release, we have information splayed all over the place. I'll have it all fix

Try it now, it's deployed and most of the links are restored. If there are links to the aggregated 2.x or 3.x release notes I can put them back, but for now I just aggregated them all together. Ideally I would like a single document for a release and then the rest should be taken care of for me
