If "dist:build" is invoked on a cleaned project, it will not call the
"site:generate" goal, but if I manually run "site:generate" before the
"dist:build" the site docs are included in the distro.
Is this really a natural and expected behaviour?
IMHO, either the dist:build calls the goals
