Yes, I can reproduce and confirm that it is caused by MNG-6601.
The impact is minimal: it's caused by the fact that there is no "" in the Maven site's pom.xml for the default reportset (the one that
adds skip=true)
This is a construct that is really unusual, then should really not impact man
