I've updated all the plugin leaders in JIRA according to this. I've put
myself on the ? and dead ones - if anyone is interested, let me know. I
probably won't be doing any work on them, but will try and apply patches.
Cheers,
Brett

It means that the plugin's CVS will still be available in maven-plugins-sandbox, and
old releases available
through plugin:download, but no new releases will be made and it will not be
distributed with Maven.
That is, until someone steps up to maintain it.
Joachim, you've done most of the work

Updated list: still some question marks over appserver, webserver, j2ee, javacc,
jdeveloper and native.
I can do the first 3 if no one steps up, but not the last 3 so they'll be marked
as dead if nobody answers for them.
Feel free to take the project lead on the projects you are releasing, and up

Although Dion very kindly committed the original rar plugin, since you
wish to be lead of all the other j2ee artifact generating plugins, it
might make sense for you to take that one as well.
BTW all suggestions for improvements would be welcome:-)

of ?
This is still intended for m1, so I've flipped Emmanuels stuff back to me or
previous owner from his email. Once the mojos are used in m1, I'm more than
happy to hand it over.
I think Jason, will post more, but

I'm actually the lead of :
- jbuilder
- jcoverage
- jnlp
- jira
I would like to take the lead on :
- changelog (for use maven-scm when it'll be ready)
- scm (for use maven-scm when it'll be ready)
- jar (for use plexus-archiver when it'll be ready)
- war (for use plexus-archiver when it'll be read
Recently I worked on :
ant,
javadoc,
xdoc.
I worked a little bit on the genapp and I think that I'm the more active on the PDF
plugin.
I can be marked as lead for the pdf plugin.
For other plugins it depends if someone else is interested.
Arnaud.

I'd volunteer to take Hibernate and CruiseControl if the current leads don't
want to keep the role. And, if no one else is chomping at the bit, Eclipse.
All three plugins are near and dear to my heart!
