best bet is to get it kicked around on [EMAIL PROTECTED] and
[EMAIL PROTECTED] lists, the mojo project at codehaus is
where most of the contributed
plugins start out, and in the mojo-sandbox there specifically..
assuming you are talking about m2 of course :)
