plexus replaces
them with single quotes. Weird behaviour.
Any work arounds known?

You filled this issue against plexus-utils:1.5.6 which had already a
bunch of newer releases
Note: I posted to users list and did not get a reply. So incase
developers know something. This is stopping me from submitting a patch
for SCM-261 as i cannot test it in linux environment. Will somebody be
able to give some clues.
